1. Driving operation: drive according to the general car driving method. Before driving, the car should be returned to the initial position, and push the operating handle of the force collector in the separate position (the electronic control system turns off the electromagnetic clutch power supply), so that the force collector is in the stop working state.

2. Operation operation:

2.1 Hook installation of garbage bins

 Step 1 Pull up the hand brake handle in the cab to keep the vehicle in the parking state.

 Step 2 Pick up the electric control box in the cab, open the power switch on the box, make the electromagnetic clutch working (or pull the operating handle to the binding position); then pull the hand; adjust the hook height of the hook on the box, and align with the hook of the box, and loosen the knob.

 Step 3 Get off the bus and observe whether the lower lock handle of the rear door of the garbage compartment is in the locked state. If it is not in the locked state, pull the lock handle to ensure that the rear door of the garbage compartment locks the back door of the garbage compartment together.

 Step 4 Observe whether the garbage compartment garbage input door is closed, and let the garbage input door is in a locked state to ensure that the garbage input door lock is tight before entering the one-step operation.

 Step 5 When the hook arm hook is aligned at the box hook, hold the hook knob on the control box to "shrink", hold the main pull arm oil cylinder recovery, the arm hook hooks the box body hook, the garbage box starts to lift, and continue to hook into the car.

Step 6 When the garbage box body falls on the sub-frame, release the hook arm knob of the box, twist the carriage and press the "lock" position on the control box, lock the oil cylinder out, and firmly lock the main arm and the auxiliary arm together.

Step 7 Wink the power supply knob on the box to disconnect the electric control power supply (or separate the operating handle of the force collector);

 Maintenance and maintenance

1. Daily maintenance

Daily maintenance is mainly clean, the content is the same as the 3 of precautions in the use of garbage trucks.

2. Work for 100h of maintenance

(1) Check the connecting bolts of fastening carriage, working device, shaft and other parts;

(2) Fill the lubricating grease or lubricating oil to each lubricating point on time;

(3) Check the connecting bolts, joints, pipe hoops, pipe clamps in all parts of the hydraulic system, and check whether there is oil leakage;

(4) Check whether the force collector is working normally.

3. Operation 500h of maintenance

(1) Whether the parts in each operating device are slightly deformed shall be corrected if necessary;

(2) Check the wear of the sealing strip and replace it if necessary;

(3) Check whether the hydraulic components can work normally, and they should be removed, checked or replaced if necessary. If there is oil leakage phenomenon, the seal should be replaced;

4. Work for 1500h for maintenance

Operation 1500h maintenance is to carry out a comprehensive technical inspection and adjustment of each operation device to eliminate hidden dangers.

(1) Check and repair all welds, especially those in all important parts;

(2) Check the wear and operation of the parts of the device, and replace the serious wear and operation;

(3) Check each hydraulic component.

(4) Clean the hydraulic oil tank, each oil filter, air filter and hydraulic pipeline, and replace the hydraulic oil. The damaged seals and hose should be replaced in time;
