Hydraulic system of hook arm garbage truck: the main hydraulic components of the vehicle adopt the multi-channel reversing valves produced by the international famous brand VPS Company, which ensures the reliable change of the hydraulic parts and the working cylinder in any position; the balance valve of the HC Company ensures the synchronous movement, constant pressure and smooth operation; the high pressure pipe joint, high pressure, high pressure pipe connection system.
Hook arm garbage truck, also known as car discharge garbage truck, mainly used in municipal sanitation, property management and other places to collect, carrying all kinds of garbage, garbage compartment and chassis can be completely separated, with reasonable structure, simple operation, stable, high use efficiency, good sealing performance, convenient dumping, can realize a car and multiple garbage compartment joint operation, circular transportation, fully improve the transportation capacity of the vehicle. 1. Driving operation: follow the general car driving method. Before driving, the car should be returned to the initial position, and push the driver handle of the force collector to separate positions (the electric control system turns off the electromagnetic clutch power), so that the force collector is in the stop working state.
2. Operation operation:
2.1 Hook installation of garbage bins
Step 1 Pull up the hand brake handle in the cab to keep the vehicle in the parking state.
Step 2 Pick up the electric control box in the cab and open the power switch on the box, and the electromagnetic clutch works (or pull the joint position of the operating handle of the lever); then the hook knob on the control box shall adjust the hook height and align with the hook of the box, and loosen the knob.
Step 3 Get off the bus and observe whether the lower lock handle of the rear door of the garbage compartment is in the locked state. If it is not in the locked state, pull the lock handle to ensure that the rear door of the garbage compartment locks the back door of the garbage compartment together.
Step 4 Observe whether the garbage input door of the garbage box is closed, and let the garbage input door is in a locked state to ensure that the garbage input door lock is tightly locked before entering the one-step operation.
Step 5 When the hook arm hook is aligned at the box hook, hold the hook knob on the control box to "shrink", hold the main pull arm oil cylinder recovery, the arm hook hooks the box body hook, the garbage box starts to lift, and continue to hook into the car.
Step 6 When the garbage box body falls on the sub-frame, release the hook arm knob of the box, twist the carriage and press the "lock" position on the control box, lock the oil cylinder out, and firmly lock the main arm and the auxiliary arm together.
Step 7 Wink the power supply knob on the box to disconnect the electric control power supply (or separate the operating handle of the force collector);
